Headquarters of American Defense
It is the headquarters of American defense, so of course we visited it. As the name suggests is a five-sided building of five floors. By coincidence, construction started on September 11, 1941. Sixty years later to the day a plane hijacked by terrorists crashed into the building, killing all passengers and some of the people working inside. My photos show just the facades of the building, but I'm sure we're all familiar with the aerial view of the Pentagon from TV and movies.
