The Pensao Policarpo is a traditional guesthouse / small hotel which is good, pretty and cheap. The place was an old palace that was built in the sixteenth century, one of the steps referred to it. Very attentive staff, spacious rooms, free Wifi, 2 minutes from the Praça do Giraldo. White and yellow colors, special and charming. Breakfast included in the price and a special room for games, reading, and a computer.
