Colorful pedestrian street and typical glazed windows
One day before arriving at the city to make our tour, we went to the beach of the Cathedrals and after visiting it and after enjoyin of such beauty, we decided to make a stop along the way and enter the Bar and Restaurant The Cathedrals's to have a drink. When we got there and after leaving the car, we took a walk on this pedestrian street which has that named for a proposal and acceptance of Councillors for the tribute of gratitude to be taxed in honor of the memory of a city child who in his will donated to the Hospital his house where he died. Thanks to this, the construction of a building for public schools in the village of Rinlo was paid.
This child also asked for the distribution of a good amount of alms to the poor, and left another considerable sum for his executor to use in a meaninful construction in this location. The bright colorful pedestrian street, even though it has been remodeled in some parts, has a house with typical glazed windows from all over Galicia and I thought noteworthy for the tribute and for their color. Need to say that it was very cold that day, and neither the temperature nor the time made it easy for people to be outside. The location is that of the pedestrian street, the rest of the data from the Office of Tourism Ribadeo and Galicia tourism website
