Al terzo piano del Gaysorn Shopping Center si trova un ristorante che propone piatti della tradizione thai con un twist creativo: Paste Bangkok. Noi siamo venuti qui per un aperitivo, e siamo stati entusiasti della scelta: il servizio è eccellente, e i piatti sono presentati in maniera creativa ed elegante, ma senza che ciò sposti l'attenzione dal gusto. Tra i piatti spiccano proposte fuori dal comune quali salmone pestato ed anguria con cocco, caviale di salmone e scalogno, e anatra arrosto con noce moscata, pasta di curry e coriandolo servita su cracker di riso. Ma la vera sorpresa sono i cocktail, uno spettacolo per gli occhi e per la gola. Da menzionare anche la vista: è fantastico osservare la città in perenne movimento direttamente dal proprio tavolo.

On the third floor of Gaysorn Shopping Center is a restaurant that serves Thai dishes with a creative twist: Pasta Bangkok. We came here for a drink, and we were thrilled with the choice: the service is excellent, and the dishes are presented in a creative and attractive way, but without this moves the focus from the taste. Among the dishes stand out proposals out of the ordinary such as pounded salmon with coconut and watermelon, salmon caviar and shallots, and roasted duck with nutmeg, curry paste and coriander served on rice crackers. But the real surprise are the cocktails, a feast for the eyes and the throat. It should also mention the view it"s fantastic to see the city in perpetual motion right from their table.
