Pasta Fresca da Giovanni

Il negozio “Pasta fresca da Giovanni”, è nato sette anni fa e inizialmente produceva, nel piccolo laboratorio sul retro, pasta fresca, ripiena e non, da vendere al dettaglio: pareti bianche, un grande quadro bianco e giallo e un lungo bancone pieno di ravioli, tagliolini, rigatoni, tortellini….Materie prime sceltissime, uso di trafile al bronzo e tanta passione! Dopo qualche mese, però, Giovanni, il proprietario, si rende conto che a molti clienti piacerebbe poter assaggiare i suoi prodotti in loco. Un’iniziale prova gli dà ragione: via il grande bancone, sostituito con uno più piccolo, e spazio per tavoli e tavolini! Venti coperti in tutto che durante la pausa pranzo, dalle 12.30 alle 14,30, vengono apparecchiati e sparecchiati più volte così da consentire a tutti di sedersi a gustare la pasta e i sughi del giorno: dai più tradizionali a qualche sperimentazione fatta senza eccessi per avere sempre un’offerta che incuriosisca e soddisfi tutti i clienti! E da poche settimane, dopo numerose richieste, il negozio resta aperto, dalle 19.30 alle 22.30, anche per la cena, ma solo il giovedì! Siete a Milano? The store "Fresh pasta from John", was born seven years ago and initially produced in a small workshop at the back, fresh pasta, stuffed or otherwise, to retail: white walls, a large painting white and yellow and a long counter full ravioli, noodles, rigatoni, tortellini .... selected raw materials, the use of bronze dies and so much passion! After a few months, though, John, the owner, he realizes that many customers would like to be able to taste its products locally. An initial test gives reason: via the large counter, replaced with a smaller one, and space for tables and coffee tables! Twenty covered in all that during the lunch break from 12.30 to 14.30, and are apparecchiati uncleared several times in order to allow everyone to sit down to enjoy pasta and sauces of the day: from the most traditional to some experimentation to get done without excess incuriosisca and always offer that meets all the customers!
