The chola sandwich or cholita (the most elegant way to refer to women who dress traditionally since then chola has become almost an insult) is a classic sandwich of La Paz. It is a pork sandwich prepared by the Cholas who sell it, in a place where there are about thirty similar posts all alike, so its difficult to choose the right one, but everyone has their favorite one.
