Paróquia Sant'Ana

A Igreja de Sant'Anna é uma das mais belas igrejas de Campinas. Fica localizada no Jardim Santana, região norte da cidade, bem próxima a rodovia Campinas-Mogi, sendo assim é de super fácil acesso. Foi construída em uma esquina movimentada e é uma das igrejas mais requisitadas para casamentos na região. A paróquia muitas vezes é confundida com a Igreja de Sant'Anna localizada em Sousas, distrito de Campinas. Porém muito se diferem em suas características e beleza. A paróquia do Jardim Santana foi criada oficialmente em 1981, ano do início da construção da igreja atual e atualmente administra outras seis igrejas na região. A Igreja Santana tem uma arquitetura bem curiosa. Seu exterior é bem modesto, sem nenhuma ornamentação e sem torres, apenas com algumas elevações e curvaturas na fachada. A sua entrada principal é feitas pelos fundos da construção, onde também se localiza um grande salão paroquial. Já seu interior me impressionou bastante. Tem uma decoração bem clássica, com um belíssimo altar em mármore e grandiosas imagens sacras, em especial a linda imagem de Jesus crucificado. As ornamentações nas paredes laterias e os candelabros dão um charme a mais na construção. Uma coisa que me deixou curioso foi a imagem de conchas douradas situadas acima de todas as portas de acesso.

The main entrance made the back of the building, which also is located a large parish hall. J inside impressed me a lot. It has a very classical decoration, with a belssimo altar in marble and grandiose religious images, especially the beautiful image of the crucified Jesus. The ornamentaes in the laterals walls and chandeliers of a charm more in construction. One thing that made me curious was the image of golden shells located above all access doors.
