The Paramount

After a busy week of visiting friends and nights out, we needed some strength to face a morning walking through Beacon Hill. And Paramount amply realized this. It was packed on a Saturday morning so we had to queue religiously. Yet the range was impressive: pancakes, fruit, sandwiches, eggs, smoothies, juices impossible .... of all sizes and shapes for all tastes. The place itself is not very big but there is enough turnover in the tables so you do not usually have to wait long. There is also a smashing terrace where you can sit and enjoy some food and drink and relaxation. They have one in the south, at 667 East Broadway.
