Relax for a weekend
On the Albacete Parador I can say it is where my dear sister in law got married and, well: the reception in the gardens lit by candles and lanterns was spectacular. It has a pool and a Manchego-style enclosure with typical local foods. It is an ideal place if you can afford it, of course.
Very good place to relax for a weekend without being at all far from the capital.
