In the town of Siguenza, Guadalajara province, we find the Parador Restaurant Siguenza Castle. Its name comes from a castle which dates from the beginning of the 12th century. It belonged to bishops, cardinals and kings until the 20th century. The decor is vintage and food is fancy.
