ANADEL
Excellent service
The hotel is in a magnificent building in the center of Mérida that preserves the structure of the old 18th century convent built above a pre-existing temple dedicated to the Concordia de Augusto.
The regional food is great. Migas are a staple but there is other traditional fare like croquettes made from Iberian ham.
The service is professional and excellent, as is the case in all Paradors.
