High Catalan cuisine in Madrid
The Paradis group has various restaurants spread throughout Madrid.
The majority lie among the emblematic scenery, like the Thyssen Museum or the Casa de América. But this is Marqués del Cubas street (next to the Congreso de los Diputados (Congress of the Deputies)) and is their longest established restaurant here in Madrid. According to what I've heard, it’s known as the best place for Catalan cuisine in Madrid.
The place is austere in decoration, however, you’ll quickly realize that it’s regularly frequented by the distinguished members of Congress, as well as of by the guests of the Hotel Palace (the most luxurious hotel in Madrid).
