Panadería Main's Street
If you want to eat a traditional and local bread, I suggest you go to the Main Street Bakery. The charming owner is Catherine, and she will entice you with the delicious homemade breads that she has baking for more than eighteen years. Among its specialties; various 100% yeast breads, among which are the bread and bread Helios Hardelot (a bread with olives, raisins, hazelnuts and spelled, very good for bowel movements), without forgetting the Seed Champions (Grain of Champions), with cereals. During my visit, I had the privilege to taste a coucougnette. Even though this is a specialty in my region of the southwest, it was actually the first time I had ever tried one! Is simply a sweet almond chocolate coated black and covered with a layer of pasta Almond containing a glass of Armagnac.
