Risale al diciottesimo secolo e fu costruito per la famiglia Barone, una famiglia nobile di Tropea, ma nell’800, grazie al matrimonio di Michelina Barone con un componente della famiglia del Giudice, questo palazzo passò ad Eugenio del Giudice.
