Palazzina Testa

Non si sa molto di quella bella palazzina ch si trova un Piazza d'Azseglio ma sicuramente è da ammirare purtoppo solo dall'esterno. Essa sembra datata fine ottocento e probabilmente è stata costruita su un progetto dell'architetto Micheli come molte palazzine della stessa piazza. Il nome deriva dalla famiglia Testa che fu originaria di Agnani, poi trasferitasi per anni a Firenze come ricorda lo stemma visibile sulla facciata. La palazzina è a quanto pare, stata rifatta nel Novecento, ma non ha perso sicuramente il fascino e le decorazioni ottocentesche, almeno non del tutto.

Not much is known of that beautiful building ch is a Azseglio Square but surely is to be admired only from the outside unfortunately. It seems dated late nineteenth century and was probably built on a design by architect Micheli like many buildings in the same square. The name comes from the family head who was originally from Agnani, then moved for years in Florence reminds the visible emblem on the facade. The building apparently, was rebuilt in the twentieth century, but it has definitely not lost the charm and the nineteenth-century decorations, at least not entirely.
