Rafael Uribe Uribe Palace of Culture

A beautiful building in the heart of the city, overlooking the Plaza Botero. The architecture is reminiscent of a cathedral, sure to catch your eye. Most people think that this building is closed to the public, but in fact, there's a small open exhibition (when I was there, it was the work of Hannibal Gil). There's also a beautiful little courtyard, with a small fountain, and a restaurant with fairly reasonable prices.
