Gorgonita
Small chapel with a very simple facade
On the way we came across the Chapel of Our Lady of Charity or, Capela de N ª Sra da Caridade. it's on the same street, just before arriving at the parish church of Apulia. Unfortunately it was locked so we were only able to see the outside. It is a small chapel with a very simple facade which combines whitewashed walls with granite, the door framing and defining the outline of the building. It's Portuguese Baroque style and dates back to 1881, however it was also restored in 1994.
