Magnificent region
A magnificent region on the outskirts of Marrakech, where you can find a 4 by 4, a quad bike or horses or a camel caravan. It is important to have a 4 by 4 and not any cheap rental car because the roads are unpaved, and a guide is better yet, since you will not get lost. Even with a good map of the mountain, which is very detailed, it will not be that hard. You can rent a bike or a jeep in the new city of Marrakech. It is better to have two or three days. But one day is enough time to get away from the city, see the Mountains, the Jebel Toubkal which is the highest mountain, stopping at a store of the Berbers, the mountain villages to eat a good tagine and again take a few hours drive through the villages of dried mud lost in green valleys, before returning to the medina Marrakech.
