Ouaouizeght

Pequeña comuna de nombre impronunciable ;-) a la que hemos llegado tras ser invitados a una boda bereber. El trayecto en coche desde Ouzoud ha sido todo un espectáculo ya que hemos atravesado paisaje de montaña del medio ATlas y después hemos tenido la suerte de contemplar uno de los lago de interior (embalse) más bellos del país. Ouaouizeght está situada a pocos kilómetros d euna de las orillas del Bin El Ouidane en unos extensos campos de olivos salpicados por el azul de las aguas y la tierra arcillosa de esta zona de la provincia de Azilal. Un pueblo poco conocido para los turistas, pero muy querido para el turismo interior que se acerca hasta aquí para aprovechar las frescas aguas del embalse y de la zona. La boda berebere ha sido increíble y hemos disfrutado un montón de las tradiciones locales. Merece la pena convivir localmente con alguna de las familias bereberes de la zona para poder sentir realmente un Marruecos diferente al que nos acostumbrar a mostrar las guías o las ciudades más conocidas.

Small commune of unpronounceable name ;-) to which we have arrived after being invited to a Berber wedding. The journey by car from Ouzoud has been quite a spectacle since we have crossed mountain landscape of the middle ATlas and then we have had the luck to contemplate one of the most beautiful inland lake (reservoir) in the country. Ouaouizeght is located a few kilometers from the banks of Bin El Ouidane in extensive olive groves dotted with the blue waters and the clay soil of this area of ​​the province of Azilal. A little-known town for tourists, but well-liked for domestic tourism that comes here to take advantage of the fresh waters of the reservoir and the area. The Berber wedding has been amazing and we have enjoyed a lot of local traditions. It is worth living locally with some of the Berber families in the area to really feel a different Morocco to which we are accustomed to show guides or the best known cities.
