Downtown Orlando

Beyond the Orlando theme parks, there is the heart of Orlando where you can find the residential, financial and labor markets. That is Downtown Orlando. Without being spectacular, you can see over forty skyscrapers, houses and all kinds of restaurants, art galleries, offices, banks, gyms, shops and the best for me, its old train station, and above all, Lake Eola, where I took the photos that I posted. I recommend visiting on the weekends, when the streets are almost deserted and you can enjoy a taste of American nightlife while enjoying some jazz or blues in the area.

Located north of the town of Orlando and its many huge amusement parks, Downtown Orlando is the historic city center. Orlando is one of the few cities in Florida that has a fun and lively Downtown, which is perfect for strolling. The sidewalks are great for pedestrians, and the beautiful Lake Eola is right in the heart of the city. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars with outdoor terraces. A great place to go for a walk!
