I was with my sister this year and were honestly very happy with its location and facilities.The room smelled a bit musty, but hey, it's not something you can fix.
The breakfast is very complete and is a perfect way to start the day with strength before hitting the streets of Paris. The neighborhood is beautiful during the day and has a nice atmosphere at night. It's full of shops of all kinds and is very quiet at night, even though it's close to Pigalle.
The hotel has a shuttle to take you to the airport and they also come to pick you up. Not cheap but worth it for the convenience
