Odawara Castle
Odawara Castle is the symbol of this Japanese city. It is situated on a hill and is the place where feudal lords and warriors sought refuge in the years XV and XVI until the legendary Toyotomi Hideyoshi took the castle and installed the Okubo clan in it. In the Meiji period the castle was destroyed and what we see today is a slightly smaller reconstruction from 1960. To visit, it is best to take the train to Odawara and walk up to the castle and you can also enjoy a stroll through the town. I arrived at night and it was closed, but the inside there is also a museum. Also, the courtyards are beautiful
