Amazing Noodles and Unreal Value
We ventured to the little hippy neighborhood of Ocean Beach in San Diego specifically to check out the OB Noodle House, which had been featured on the popular TV show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Several locals also recommended the spot to us, so we figured we would give it a try. We were thrilled. Not only was the food incredibly delicious, but we were blown away by how inexpensive everything was! They have $1 Pints of a different beer on special daily, so even with 2 beers, 2 bowls of Pho, and salad rolls to start, our meal came in at under $25. If you're feeling extremely brave, you can choose to participate in the Pho 20 Challenge - an absolutely massive bowl of noodle soup and a pint - and if you are able to finish it, your meal is free.
