O Patio Restaurant
This great restaurant is located just a few meters from the promenade of the Portuguese town of Póvoa de Varzim and a few meters from the bullring. We discovered it when we spent the Easter holidays in the center of Portugal (Serra da Estrela). It was full of people, some were Spanish and others were talking in Galician. The restaurant inside was decorated in an Andalusian style with patios, lamps and tablecloths and cloth napkins. The service was great with very helpful and friendly waiters. And what about the food? We ordered picaña a northern dish, accompanied with fries, white rice and black beans (feixón preto) and all washed down with a fine wine from Alentejo.
