O Páteo Restaurant

The Tavern or Pateo is located a shopping centre opened to the city close to the iconic square Rossío . It is a spacious home with two sitting rooms, ideal for family celebrations. Although there weren't a lot of people, it had a good atmosphere and is tastefully decorated. The only downside was that despite not being very busy, it took a long time to get our food. Otherwise, the plates we selected, like the typical cod, were pretty good, the portions are larger in northern Portugal. The prices are fairly cheap , so I recommend it if you ever go to the Portuguese town of Viseu.
