piramidi dimenticate

Today, unfortunately, are not in good condition and nearly all have collapsed and buried under the sand. Place still very attractive and interesting from the historical point of view.

Excellent
We knew we were going to find hundreds of pyramids, but when you get here, you don"t give credit for the amount you"re going to find. The pyramids of Nuri formed together with Jebel Barkal the kingdom of Napata, they replaced those of El Kurru as a royal cemetery. From 664 BC to 310 BC, 21 kings would be buried here next to 52 queens and princesses. The black pharaohs of Dynasty 25 who ruled Egypt, returned to their land from Thebes to be buried in this necropolis. It is a place you cannot miss if you visit Sudan
