The New Arlanza hotel is in the center of the town in Burgos, Covarrubias, specifically in the Plaza Doña Urraca number 11.
It has traditional Castilian architecture, with wooden beams and a stone structure. It has 45 rooms and are all equipped with bathrooms, heating, air conditioning, plasma TV and wi-fi.
One of the things that is more well-known is the hotel's restaurant. It has a capacity for over 100 people and serves the traditional local gastronomy.
I went to one of the Medieval Dinners organized by the hotel, which includes a theater and a medieval dinner.
