The White Castle.
Nottoway Plantation has the largest mansion in Louisiana: 65 rooms, including a 20 meter ballroom, painted entirely in white with Corinthian columns. The building is nicknamed "White Castle" because of its color, and has now been turned into a B & B. It's a romantic destination for weddings, and guided tours take place daily from 9 - 5.
