Located off the beaten path in a small strip mall, Nong's is well worth the stop - the service is exceptional and friendly.
Their meal specials are great- pictured is their shiitake and ginger with pork and fried tofu special. Depending on your heat tolerance you can get the food at different levels of spice- mild being the lowest and Thai hot the spiciest. I ordered mine hot and it was absolutely perfect- gets the sinuses working and will wake you up, but not so much that you can't enjoy the flavor of the meal.
