A la recherche impatiente d'une boulangerie ou d'un salon de Thé sans gluten dans notre belle capitale Parisienne, je trouve enfin "NOGLU", et quel bonheur indiscible... on en a pas à Toulouse, on est tellement frustré de ne pas s'acheter quelque chose à manger quand on se balade! Oui les boulangeries ça existe mais pas pour les intolérants au Gluten forcément. Cet endroit, je l'ai en adoration, j'y ai mangé le meilleur carrot cake ( le seul en fait, le premier!!) de ma vie, et un brownie fondant tellement sublime! Même les gens qui n'ont pas de problème d'intolérance ont goûté et m'ont avoué ne pas sentir la différence voire même que c'est meilleur. Les cuissons de gâteaux sont parfaites, ils ne sont pas secs, ils sont goûteux et gourmands, ils sont fondants, ils sont tellement gourmands!!! On se dit qu'on a droit à la gourmandise comme tout le monde, et surtout, tout est bon dedans, et quel bonheur indiscible! Looking forward to a gluten-free bakery or tea room in our beautiful Parisian capital, I finally find "NOGLU", and what indisputable happiness ... we do not have in Toulouse, we are so frustrated not to buy something to eat when you walk!
