Hola Señor Pérez: Soy Ferran Gil, formo parte de la dirección de la empresa que regenta el Rte Noctiluca. Primero que nada agradecerle su comentario en la web. Todas las opiniones son bien recibidas aquí, sean de la índole que sean. Nos sirven para seguir trabajando y poder mejorar!. Seguidamente puntualizar algunas cosas respecto a su comentario: * En el tiempo que actualmente estamos, las empresas están continuamente en proceso de cambio, para poder adaptarse a la demanda de mercado que existe en cada momento para no quedarse atrás. Es ese el motivo por el cual nosotros hemos dicidido cambiar, ya que el anterior proyecto no se ajustaba al mercado que existe actualmente en Castellón. Ello conlleva toma de decisiones. * La mantelería es algo secundario en nuestra empresa, ya que dedicamos nuestros esfuerzos a ofrecer una excelente variable de calidad/precio. Son manteles y servilletas de Tisú seco (tejido sin tejer), no papel, y son mucho más higiénicos que los de tela, ya que son de un solo uso. Un bar, Sr. Pérez, es un establecimiento que originariamente y por definición ofrece solamente bebidas; que posteriormente haya evolucionado y ampliado su oferta, es totalmente comprensible. Vamos a intentar no desprestigiar el trabajo de las personas que regentan bares. Yo he comido fabulosamente en muchos de ellos. Un Rte. Como el nuestro por defecto, se ofertan comidas dentro de un abánico de posibilidades infinito.Cada uno simplemente busca su varilla dentro del abánico. Por último, Sr. Pérez, tenemos que agradecerle el servicio que usted nos prestó en el restaurante, el cual actualmente seguimos intentando corregir. Hola a todos!!! Me presento, me llamo Bertín, tengo 45 años y soy un enamorado de la buena mesa. Mi mujer Rocío y yo nos recorremos, en la medida de lo posible, muchos de los restaurantes del país buscando nuevos sabores, nuevas recetas y porque no, nuevos talentos!! Fuimos recomendados por un viejo conocido, para que acudieramos a este nuevo restaurante y la verdad, aceptamos encantados!! Si os tengo que ser sincero, no tenía información alguna acerca de él, pero os puedo asegurar que a partir de hoy, tengo otro punto en mi lista de FAVORITOS. Nada más entrar, ya nos dimos cuenta del buen trato y del saber estar de sus trabajadores (ya que no en todos los lugares te reciben con un amplia sonrisa...), nos acompañaron a la mesa y presentaron las cartas. La verdad que poseen una gran variedad de platos y todos con el mar de fondo. Soy un enamorado de las navajas y de los arroces por lo que pedí una ración de ellas y un buen arroz "del senyoret" (curioso nombre, dicho sea de paso) que ellos mismos me recomendaron que probase ya que vivo en León y desconocía dicho plato. En definitiva y para no ser pesado, recomiendo desde mi humilde (y cultivada) experiencia en restauración, visitar este local que desprende, profesionalidad, buen gusto y trato execelente por cada rincón. Hello everyone! Let me introduce myself, my name Bertin, I have 45 years and am a lover of good food. My wife Rocio and I we walk as far as possible, many of the restaurants in the country looking for new flavors, new recipes and why not, new talent! We were recommended by an old friend, for us to go to this new restaurant and the truth gladly accept! If I have to be honest I did not have any information about him, but I can assure you that as of today, I have another point in my FAVORITES list. Upon entering, as we realized the good treatment and knowledge being of its workers (and not everywhere you received with a big smile ...), escorted to the table and presented the letters. Actually they have a variety of dishes and all the swell. I am a lover of the knives and rice so I ordered a serving of them and a good rice "of senyoret" (funny name, by the way) that they recommended to me that I try since I live in Leon and know that plate. In short and not to be heavy, I recommend in my humble (and cultivated) restoration experience, visit this local shows, professionalism, good taste and every corner execelente treatment. Buenas, lo descubrí ayer por la noche y nos encanto, Nos atendió el cocinero, muy joven, pero encantador y comimos de picoteo, canelones, gambas, kokotchas y pescadito frito, no se a cual mejor pedimos variado porque éramos 6 y había diferentes gustos. Luego comimos un surtido de tartas hechas en el propio restaurante y todas muy finas. Nos encanto a todos, repetiremos.

Hi, I found out last night and we loved it, we attended the cook, very young, but lovely and ate pecking, cannelloni, shrimp, kokotchas and fried fish, not one better ask varied because we were 6 and had different tastes . Then we ate an assortment of cakes made in the restaurant itself and all very thin. I loved them all, repeat.

Hola mi nombre es Javier Font, he estudiado Restauracion y en la actualidad soy jefe de cocina en un restaurante a primera línea de playa en Peñiscola, conozco a Ferran ( el jefe de cocina) de haberr estudiado juntos en la escuela, me informo de que estaba en un nuevo restaurante y no perdi la ocasión de ir a visitar el local y degustar su carta, fui con un amigo mio que también se dedica a la hosteleria, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva, un salón bonito, una carta con gran variedad de pescados y mariscos, arroces, carnes y postres caseros, además de los menus para dieteticos y celiacos, la comida fue excelente, como era de esperar conociendo la profesionalidad de Ferran, tomamos un riveiro muy bueno, acompañando los diversos pescados que comimos, postre y café, mi amigo y yo coincidimos, todo genial. Sin duda un buen restaurante a visitar para todos los publicos. Javier Font

Hola a todos,soy ya un cliente fijo del rte NOCTILUCA en castellón,me gusta sobre todo que hay un buen ambiente, relajado y tranquilo. He probado algunas de sus especialidades, el arroz a mediodía, el pescado por la noche y algunos entrantes ( ensalada de gulas y gambas y el surtido de mejillones,almejas y navajas. Todo buenisimooooo!!!!!) totalmente recomendable para la gente de comer bien y bueno. Las tartas las hacen ellos mismos,espectaculares!!!!! Espero que lo disfrutéis pronto!!!!! Un saludo!!!! Hi all, I am already a client rte fixed NOCTILUCA in Castellón, I especially like that there is a good atmosphere, relaxed and calm. I've tried some of their specialties, rice for lunch, fish at night and some starters (eel and shrimp salad and assortment of mussels, clams and razor. Buenisimooooo Everything!!) Hola, os felicito porque me llevaron a vuestro restaurante en Navidad en una cena empresa y fue realmente bueno todo, y ya es difícil en esas fechas encontrar un sitio que se coma bien y encima no fuera caro. He repetido hace unos días y hemos salido aún más contentos. Comimos dos tipos de arroz y otros comieron pescado. Estuvo fenomenal , abundante y comodísimo. Es un sitio donde se puede ir con confianza. Enhorabuena y seguir así.
