Che un ghiacciaio avesse intense sfumature blu ceruleo non me lo sarei mai aspettato. Non ne ho visto molti a parte quelli nepalesi delle escursioni del mio amico Luca Tessarin, che negli anni 80 scalò l'Annapurna South in solitaria, aprendo una nuova via e recentemente deceduto nell'ultima sua avventura di alpinista sempre in quei luoghi lontani. Il ghiaccio lo ha restituito dopo due anni. Nelle sue foto i ghiacci erano sempre bianchi, con le creste in superficie un po' annerite da polvere di roccia e detriti.
