Nida

Nida is a small fishing village that has an amazing charm and an enviable naturayl environment. One can take walks along the banks of the silver lake and the fine golden sand, lush pine forests and wooden houses iwith the fishing nets hung at the entrance and beautiful handmade weathervanes. This town receives 50,000 tourists every year. It is 48 hilómetros from Klaipeda and 3 km from the border with Russia. The city stretches along two kilometers but the center is located on the south side. It is a highly recommendable place to take walks, take a small snack and do some shopping of amber objects and other handmade products in procia city.
