    Hotel-Restaurant New York

    The landmark Hotel New York is famous because it was once the headquarters of the Holland-America shipping line. Today the hotel is a real meeting place for Rotterdam locals, as well as tourists. On the ground floor, there is a cafe-restaurant with seating for 400 people, serving breakfast, coffee, lunch, dinner, and drinks. The Hotel New York is also famous for its oysters and they provide fresh seafood daily. The waterfront terrace is the perfect place to hang out on a hot summer day and enjoy the beautiful view over the Maas.
