Uno entra en Natura en busca de un regalo y seguro que sale con él y con alguna cosa más para uno mismo. Ropa, decoración, música, inciensos... Uno puede pasar un buen rato rebuscando en sus estanterías y teniendo verdaderas dificultades para elegir solamente un producto. Además la tienda tiene un aroma muy agradable que invita a estar allí sin ninguna prisa.

Cuidado con la TIENDA ONLINE!!! Que no te engañen, si una prenda no te va bien NO hacen cambios de talla, pero no lo dicen. Sólo devoluciones, así que tienes que devolver la prenda (con coste) y volver a comprarla (con más coste si no llegas a los 40 € en esta nueva compra). Todo un engaño. Y el servicio de atención al cliente es nefasto, su responsable T. Milián, lejos de resolver discute con los clientes: esto es lo que hay y punto. Increíble para una empresa como esta. Una lástima!
