Mystic Simurgh Hostel

Questo ostello si trova in una buona posizione per tutti coloro che sono interessati a scoprire le bellezze di di Istanbul. Si trova a mezza via fra piazza Taksim e la torre di Galata. Offre ottimi prezzi per camere semplici e pulite. L'unica cosa che può dar fastidio è la forte umidità presente nelle stanze. Ma questo è anche dovuto al periodo nel quale sono capitato nell'ostello ( fine marzo). La cucina è semplicemente fantastica: ben fornita e pulita. Un grandissimo punto a favore va alla colazione che da sola vale il prezzo del dormitorio. Ogni mattina, oltre al tè e al caffè, ci sono formaggi, olive, verdure e crema di nocciole. In più c'è sempre un piatto del giorno di verdure saltate in padella spesso a mo' di frittata. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

This hostel is in a good location for all those who are interested in discovering the beauties of Istanbul. It is located half way between Taksim Square and Galata tower. It offers great prices for simple, clean rooms. The only thing that may bother the high humidity is present in the rooms. But this is also due to the period in which they happened in the hostel (end of March). The kitchen is just great: well-stocked and clean. A big plus point that goes to the breakfast alone is worth the price of the dorm. Every morning, in addition to tea and coffee, there are cheeses, olives, vegetables and hazelnut cream. In addition there is always a dish of the day sauteed vegetables often mo 'omelette. Great value for money.
