Museum of Wood Processional

The museum of legni processionali (located in Macerata) is located on a hill 271 meters above sea level, between the rivers of the province and Cremona. During the centuries where there were a lot of frequent earthquakes, the church underwent several renovations to consolidate and restore. The museum was opened in December 2001 and dedicated to Monsignor Marcelo Manfroni SS.mo Brotherhood of Petriolo of Sacramento, and between 1999 and 2000 and was fully restored. It includes interesting paintings, furniture, ornaments, antique books, documents, prints, furniture and a valuable collection of silverware.
