Museum of the Macaron
This French delicacy, which is now so fashionable in Spain, has its own museum in Montmorillon. It has numerous descriptive panels with hundreds of illustrations and interactive panels, machines and equipment from ancient kitchens. The story of the famous macaroons is closely linked to the Rannou-Métivier family, since they were the only ones who had this secret craftsmanship in the twentieth century.
