CREVILLENT Holy week Museum: "passion made art"

The dream of several generations of crevillentinos, who see in their Holy week one of the hallmarks of the population, has come true, since the past day, February 19, 2005 opened its doors to the Holy week Museum.
Next to the parish church of Ntra. Sra. De Belén, in the street Corazón de Jesús No. 4, has been built, on an area of 410 m2 modern building, designed by local architects D. Enrique Manchón Ruiz and D. José Antonio Maciá Ruiz where gathered twenty-four of the thirty-two processional steps of the week Santa crevillente distributed between the four floors of exhibition which has the property.

The building of the Museum, financed entirely with local resources, not in vain, in the purchase of the solar and subsequent construction only intervened. The City Hall and the electric cooperative San Francisco de Asis, both of Crevillent, has been granted for a period of 50 years to the Federation of fraternities and sororities manage the Museum and at the same time, the administrative headquarters of the entity cofradiera hostel.
