Museum of the Fossile del Monte Baldo

Eccheli The Fossil Museum of Monte Baldo, Osvaldo Giovanazzi collection, is situated between the Renaissance palace, and the Baise Brentonico. Throughout the exhibit there are 40 showcases that are divided into 6 wards, including one that's entirely devoted to the interpretation of fossils in history: from myth to science. The collection, which totals more than 1,200 things, contains fossils that were collected near the northern chain Monte Baldo and documents the existence of groups of animals living in marine environments that have followed the 150-180 million years since the Triassic period.
