Museum of Roman Ships of Fiumicino

The Museo delle Navi Romane di Fiumicino (Rome) was opened in the year1979, has has a display of war artifacts. Visitors can also see items related to life on board and different types of materials (marble, food containers, etc..). The remains were found close to the dock. It has 5 boats to look at and the unloading of ships in ports of Claudius and Trajano. The Oneraria boat, which is in great condition, is equipped with a central well that is intended to keep fish alive by seawater seepage holes and hats.
