the result of three decades of research carried out by local volunteers
This museum was opened in the year 1982 and is housed in the 14th Century palace of Capitani. The collection includes more than a thousand artifacts, the result of three decades of research carried out by local volunteers, including utensils, tools and equipment typical of life and work in the mountains, such as coal equipment, tools for working in the woods and fields, and mill tools. The findings relate to a period from the seventeenth to the twentieth century.
