One of the biggest natural history museums in the EU
Civic Museum is one of the biggest natural history museums in the European Union and one of the leading museums of the Lombard capital. It is in the heart of Milan, in the Indro Montanelli Park. This museum was donated by Giuseppe de Cristoforis and Giorgio Jan, collectors from the city. It has important collections of mineralogy, paleontology, botany and zoology. It has added nearly three million pieces.
