Municipal House of Culture

Walking around the city I stumbled upon this classical building (neo-Renaissance facade). From what I was told, it was the ancient city alhondiga (grain store), also snuff processing center (known as "La Fabrica"), municipal library and is now the cultural center of Zacatecas.
