Mountains of Sion
Much to my surprise this beautiful location is not listed as a place to visit. Sion is the capital city of the province of Valais in French Switzerland. A place without pollution and with the charm the old world has to offer. Recommended in any season. If there is snow you can ski , you can always mountain climb, you can go hiking, bike riding, and if you prefer a more sedentary lifestyle, you can enjoy some wine, cheese and spectacular views in the small bars and cafes.
