A large sculpture in Rossío
In the heart of the Portuguese town of Viseu in the popular Rossio Square lies this large bronze sculpture on a stone pedestal, dedicated to all mothers - a sleeping child with his mother. The specific location, very close to the old town, is in the middle of a florida roundabout in the center small Garden of Mothers (in Portuguese "Jardim das Maes") and its author is the artist Oliveira Ferreira.
