Justo antes de cruzar el río que da acceso al barrio antiguo de Hsipaw y muy cerca del famoso hotel Mr. Charles está esta tetería birmana que sirve uno de los mejores Shan noodles que comimos en Birmania. Se trata de un negocio modesto con algunas mesas en el interior y otras fuera en las que siempre te atenderán con una sonrisa. Los dueños son muy majos y, conscientes del creciente turismo, han hecho un pequeño álbum con fotos de sus platos para que solo tengas que señalarlos. Tanto los bums tradicionales chinos como los noodles Shan son espectaculares y a un precio de risa.
