Motel 6 Atascadero

This Motel 6 hasn't been renovated like a lot of the others, so the decor is a bit outdated and there aren't full bath tubs. Still, the rooms are very nice, especially considering they're only $30.00 a night! The large swimming pool is another plus. Atascadero Lake Park with its zoos, beautiful lake, and public barbecue pits is also nearby. To eat, there is a Mexican restaurant nearby (it was satisfactory) which you can reach on foot. In the larger scope of things, you can also go wine tastings at nearby wineries or visit the Hearst Castle in San Simeon. The beach isn't too far away either.
