This restaurant is located in the heart of the beautiful and picturesque town of Aracena. In the park there is grazing goats and sheep that feed on natural grass. In season some of them eat the acorns, the milk from which the towns already famous cheeses are produced. There is no artificial ingredients in this cheese, which are made by hand and which takes a minimum of 60 days to mature. The taste and creaminess depend on that which the sheep or goats graze on. This dairy farm has received numerous awards, including a 1st. Award for cured cheese in Andalucia (1998),a 3rd. Own Recipe Prize in 2000 and a finalist in the Salon Gourmet 2004.
