Excellent service
Monsoon is one of the restaurants on the famous London street of Brick Lane, where you'll find lots of curry houses specializing in the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent. We chose Monsoon after reading several aricles online praising the quality of the service and food. The restaurant is small, but the upstairs floor is a bit larger.
The set menu cost 10 pounds per person, a little more expensive than some of the other restaurants in the street, but the advantage is that you can choose from any starter and main course on the menu, something impossible in many other places. We started with an assortment of kebabs, with marinated chicken, beef and lamb, and a soup of lentils and chickpeas.
